Welcome to Status Tiger. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service
Status Tiger provides website monitoring, uptime tracking, and hosted status page services. Our Service allows you to:
- Monitor website and API availability
- Create and manage public status pages
- Track incidents and communicate with stakeholders
- Receive alerts via email, Slack, Discord, and other integrations
- View uptime history and performance analytics
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

- Monitor systems you do not own or have permission to monitor
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or overwhelm monitored endpoints
- Create fake or misleading status pages
- Distribute false incident information
- Spam subscribers with unnecessary notifications
- Abuse the monitoring system to harass third parties
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Circumvent security measures or rate limits
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Note: Violation of our acceptable use policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Payment Terms
For paid subscription plans:
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information.
- Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will honor current pricing until renewal.
- Refunds: We offer a 30-day refund policy for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing period.
- Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Snapit Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without express written permission. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
7. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, including:
- Monitor configurations and URLs
- Status page content and branding
- Incident reports and updates
- Subscriber lists
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service. We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve our Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- Free Tier: No service level agreement (SLA) is provided. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons.
- Paid Tiers: We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime. Enterprise plans may include specific SLA terms as documented in your service agreement.
We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions that may affect your monitoring or status pages.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES CAUSED BY MONITORING FAILURES OR MISSED ALERTS
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Your status pages will become inaccessible
- We may delete your account and associated data after 30 days
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
